Your first visit

You’ll be greeted by our friendly reception team before meeting your dedicated Treatment Coordinator (TC). They’ll take time to understand your concerns, your wishlist for your smile, and your dental history. You’ll also see examples of the treatment options we offer, so you can start imagining what’s possible.

Next, you’ll meet our Specialist Orthodontist, Dr Yann, who will carry out a full orthodontic check-up. He’ll assess your teeth, bite, and jaw, and make personalised recommendations, always taking your preferences into account.

For a complete picture, your TC may take clinical photos and, if needed, digital x-rays. These diagnostic records allow us to design the most effective treatment plan for your unique needs.

Your TC will prepare a quote based on the orthodontist’s recommendations and discuss it with you in detail. You’ll receive a printed copy of your treatment plan, including any available discounts and our flexible payment options.
